Eating Granola Out of the Bag
Granola is super yummy, and many of times, I will eat it straight out of the bag - especially, if it is a snack pack.
However, eating out of the bag can be very dangerous. Why? Because before you know it, the whole bag will be gone! Tip: If you have a large bag of True North Granola, put a serving size or about a 1/4 cup into a container or sealed plastic baggy. Then, you can have a portion controlled snack at the office, on a hike, or in your car.
Granola is more than a topper for your Yogurt...
Why limit the crunchy deliciousness to yogurt?
- Add crunch to your cereal or your oatmeal
Tip: People love putting Nutty No Grainer on their oatmeal. (FYI Nutty No Grainer is granola without the grains - just nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. The dried fruit is sweetened with apple juice, rather than sugar.)
- Top your salad
- Add it to your smoothies, or layer the granola into your smoothy like a parfait
- Bake in or on bread
- Add to your oatmeal cookie recipe
- Add to your cheese plate
- Mix in with other nut/fruit/chocolate mixes
Tip: My mother-in-law likes to mix her True North Granola with salted nuts for a sweet and salty combination.
